Reviews For The Very Lands
I enjoyed this! As the others I had not thought about how that event would be felt all over the world, but this was a great way of telling that story. And thank you for shining a light on Celeborn - I really like him as well, and always enjoy finding stories about him.
Thank you so much! As for Celeborn, I have to admit the random character generator is responsible for his appearance - I just thought it a nice idea and went with it.
This is a great story! I didn't realize they would have felt it!
Thank you! Eru did redesinge the whole world and not just Nûmenor, and pulling a flat earth round would have had some impact...
I hadn't previously thought of the earthquakes reaching so far inland as Lothlorien, but of course they well could have!
I was distressed with Celeborn at the fall of the trees and much relieved when they met up with Galadriel and the rest at the end.
Well, Eru changed the world from flat to round, so I imagine that might have had some consequences.
I'm so glad you could empathize with Celeborn! I was really scared he might seem too one-dimensional, so thanks a lot for the feedback.
Aww, this was both upsetting and heartwarming. Celeborn's worry was so convincing, and I loved the detail about the young hunter giving away their position and his tender age with his shout. The ending showed how much Celeborn and Galadril give each other strength - very nice.
Thank you so much! Celeborn doesn't get nearly enough love; most of the time all attention is focused on Galadriel. But they need each other to function, and I'm glad that came across!
