MANIFESTO: to honor the unsung female heroes of Tolkien's legendarium
With that in mind, the fannish prose I've written over the past 6 years (Morcondil being a new penname) spans across all ages and races of Arda, and it is generally about women. Galadriel is a particular interest of mine, but I don't really have a "favorite" character. However, The Silmarillion is my favorite book and always will be. Forever amen.
Outside of J.R.R.'s imagination, I'm a short-in-stature student working with visibility of race/ethnicity and gender in literature and its implications. I like bears, soft blankets, and enchiladas. Also: Shakespeare.
