(I could actually tell you what happened in 1715, but figured that it would be unrealistic for Alcarinque's captain to go into it in his logbook, since it's irrelevant to his purpose and his contemporaries would know, anyway! The editor from the 3rd Age, on the other hand, has to work with what's available after the Downfall, which surely can't be everything.)
