Vána leapt from mountaintops, her raiment glittered with the melting snow, her hair a golden flag to herald the quickening of the soil. Snowdrops bloomed in bright patches where she trod, crocuses peeked out with their purple heads, daffodils rose from where they slumbered. Everything could come alive again, for Spring had finally arrived! Vána spun, and Sang, and wept with rapturous joy.
Yavanna joined her in her joy, and as they spread through the land together, from the deepest wells to the highest peaks, their fanar and ëalar mingling in the joyous ecstasy of creation that was their due.
