This story was written 10 yrs ago. At the time I didn't know all that much about the world of Men and didn't think this fic was worth sharing. So after much research and plenty of time to make it work, here we are.

I love how well you show Arathorn's grief in this story - it's a quiet grief, but his actions and thoughts show how deeply he feels it.  And the advice form his father was such a cool line! There's a lot of truth to it, and it does a great job showing how wise his father was.  It was also sweet to see how Gilraen was able to make him feel alive in the midst of his grief; she seems like she would be able to help him through it as they get to know each other better ♡

(And presuming I correctly understood the clue about the romance of Aragorn's parents, would you happen to have a Scavenger Hunt prompt for me?)
