This was written for Back to Middle-earth Month 2015 and makes use of the setting for the event. More information about B2MeM 2015's setting can be found here.

The prompt used is: "When the Dark Tower is thrown down and the Dark Lord defeated, the Eight, leaderless, find themselves out of work. In order not to die of boredom (can the undead die, anyhow?) they start up a business in Sulfurous Exfoliants. Who would their customers be? How well would their business thrive? Would they be allowed to remain within Mordor, or have to take their custom elsewhere?"

Summary:

After the Ring War ends, Khamûl and the rest of the Nazgûl open an exfoliant business. In order to expand it, Khamûl decides to open a stall at Tharbad’s Greenway Spring Faire.

Oh what a hoot! I laughed at the image of the Nagûls moping about on the ruins of Barad-dûr, and the way Khamûl just calls the others by number, and then continued laughing. A good idea he had,  to use the volcanic rock with its healthy skin properties.  What a concept, this Faire, with such diverse folk in attendance. 

I'm glad you're giving prompts for the Scavenger Hunt challenge otherwise I might not have seen this one. May I have a prompt please?

Thank you! I still remembering coming up with the idea, lines included, when I was trying to fall asleep that March. I then learned that it's impossible to laugh yourself to sleep. I'm glad it's still bringing laughter eleven years later.
