I really enjoyed this story exploring the differences between elves and men.  Especially enjoyed the irrespressible Belen, "We are all alike below the waist . . . "  That made me laugh. It provided a good lead in for Balan's natural curiousity about Finrod's sex life.  And Belen's discovery that the whole world is great was a wonderful ending.   This feels as if it could be part of a longer story.  Are you thinking of doing one?
