Sorry, I missed this (thought the site e-mailed comments, but it doesn't seem to). Thank you for commenting. I've been out of Tolkien fandom for a long while, but I'm really looking forward to The Hobbit film, and maybe that will spark my Tolkien muse! I don't think I'm going to continue this, after all the intervening ages, but Saruman has always been among my favourite characters so it's not impossible I'll write some more of his history.
