I know I said over email, but I just want to say again how stunning this piece is. There's the colors in Luthien's gown and the fact that Beren is totally cute (not at all because he looks like my husband a little :D), but what really works most for me is the adoration that you show in their faces. I have never been a huge fan of the B&L story (compared to some of the darker or more morally complex tales), but this piece makes me root for them. Thanks so much for sharing it with us!

Ahhhhh!!!!!! I <em>love</em> this. Been/Lúthien is my favorite relationship in the Legendarium and you've captured them beautifully. Your Beren is a close match for how I see him. I love the colors and their expressions and everything about this.
