She had asked for none to be told that she would be returning. She first wanted to savor the anonymity of stealing into the city and being one of the people before returning to her loves and all the obligations that came with them. Tirion was bright, the streets glittering with the stone dust of a million jewels ground to perfection. The people, fair-haired and dark in equal measure, jostled through the main thoroughfares, heading to the markets. Her heart was light as she split from the crowds, stealing into the palace gardens with ease. There she was, her Indis.
