Fanwork Notes

For the prompts "I Sat upon a Bench" and "Forest Walker" of the Title Track challenge.

This double drabble was written during the March Insta-drabbling session on the SWG Discord and also incorporates some of those prompts (see End Notes for details).

There are hints of the pain her hopeless love for Finwe caused Indis here.

Thank you, elennalore!

In HoME Indis is said to walk alone in "friths and fields" and fill them with music.

The word frith has several meanings, so I am not sure what Tolkien intended,  but I think maybe "woodlands" fits here.

But I also see Indis as a person who would make new friends after a bit, even when she  needs  a bit of solitude to find herself.
