Fanwork Notes

this one definitely got away from me! sex pollen is one of my all-time favorite tropes, and there isn’t nearly enough of it in this fandom. of course, when i tried to include worldbuilding, i began to understand why...

Note: Part of the conceit of this fic is a play on the interpretation that Elvish soul bonds and marriages are formed during sex. Celebrimbor follows tradition and believes that soul ‘marriage’ is formed during penetrative sex when both partners orgasm...and any other sex acts are a convenient loophole. I’ve tried to make this background clear in the fic, but I’m noting it here in case it isn’t.

WARNINGS:
- Discussion and critique of a cultural tradition equating sex to marriage.
- Non-consensual & dubiously consensual sex due to hidden identity, sex pollen fuck-or-die aphrodisiac, and Annatar being Annatar.
- Discussion of rape and the non-consensual elements of a fuck-or-die aphrodisiac.
- Non-consensual bdsm elements, especially bondage.
- Non-consensual mind/soul bonding elements.
- Accidental voyeurism.
