Oh, I like this! It has such a lovely flow and rhythm until those last lines just kind of plunk down with such a sense of finality. Nicely done! :)

And then there are those silences and refusals that speak more than a thousand words. Wonderful twist at the end, and I agree with Dawn on the flow and rhythm beforehand.

I'm really, really glad to hear that. :) English isn't my native language either, and I can't stress enough how much writing fanfiction helped me become comfortable using it. And poetry is even more intricate than prose, so here's mad respect for posting your poems!
