I like how he has thought this all out and presents it so carefully.

I really enjoyed this and am glad to hear that there might be more! You place them in a world that feels real and complicated and I am snickering at Caranthir's careful guidance and slight self-indulgence.

I love when stories explore cultural and other differences between Elves and Men. The rhythm and tone works extremely well with the storyline.

I really like this fic because it feels so realistic. It's like I'm discovering a new culture as the story progresses 

The dialogue's believable. The elves' fondness of children is very believable and very likely. i'm sure that, even without war, elflings would still be rare, (probably only popping up every century). I bet it's even rarer to see a group of little elves.

I Imagine the elf soldiers were pleasantly surprised to be surrounded by so many little ones. Thanks for giving me this image.
