Thank you Oshun. Yes, they do protect their own, don't they. I adore the Feanorions, the Nolofinweions, the House of Finwe as a whole. I also love that whole concept of the Feanorions being particularly possessive and protective of their own and decided to throw a daughter/niece into the mix, just to explore it further. Of course there is more to this story than meets the eye. A lot of it not necessarily casting the Feanorions in all that great a light. But then when is anything that involves them in ME.
