Once again, I am totally floored by this magnificant gift.  I am feeling better and better every day, although it has been many years since I've been this ill.  One of the things that has helped me feel better was reading this.  Hannon le, mellon nin.

- Erulisse (one L)

Ah, that was sad. I really liked the difference between Russandol and Curufinwe: whereas Russandol would try to mend and restore things, his brother would shape them into his own creation ( like his fathr, probably). With those few words you conveyed the difference between them both really well. :)

Mending seems something ingrained in Maedhros, it must hurt when there’s nothing he can do. I really liked that mention of what Curufinwe would do with the doll: recreate it instead of simply fixing it.

‘Cousin,’ she demands, ‘mend Poppet for me.’ And after a tiny pause, she adds in her most queenly voice: ‘Please.’

She’s cute! Liked the queenly voice.
