I love this earthen view of the cataclysm, and also your explanation of why the mountain range split where and how it did. Also the way that they can feel the songs, even if they can't hear them. This has simultaneously such a solid feel to it as well as magic. Marvellous!

Ah the oft forgotten Dwarves!  Yes, this was fantastic. 

"But Outside did have it's beauties" - I love this, not just because it's true but it's such an important reminder that Non-Home (tm) places have their own beauty that doesn't need to compete with Home to still be beautiful. <3

Ohh, I like this a lot! What a fascinating point of view of Beleriand's sinking, and why the Ered Luin ended up the way they do. I am glad that Thórdri is able to find beauty and purpose still in the aftermath of everything.
