So. This is all lissomelace's fault. I sat down a nice Sunday evening, looking forward to a free week where I could work on my WIP's, and started an idle conversation. It snowballed, Lisso is a terrible enabler, and well, the free week I spent in a fugue state writing some 3k words a day held by the Muses on a leash.

This is all tooth-rotting fluff with some worrying and fussing in between, still safe for all to read. Caranthir is very, very, very happy to be a dad. At the end it gets kinda wobbly, since they get More Worried as they go, but noting explicit or triggering I think.
