Fair(l)y (odd) family members

This art is playing on the mysterious fairy ancestor in the Took family tree. My prompt to go along with this was "What if Galdor (of the Tree) was the fairy ancestor of the Tooks?"

A square piece of paper with parts of the Took family tree written on. The tree starts with Galdor and a smudged out name, and ends with Gerontius and Adamanta Took and their three daughters Belladonna, Donnamira and Mirabella.

The great Purr-trayal

There is a theme in my S&D art and that is that each year, I must submit at least one art that includes elves as cats.

This year, my chosen cat-elves were Indis and her children.

The prompt to go along with this was:

Some years after Miriel’s death, Finwe adopts a cat to deal with the loneliness. Adult Feanor feels replaced, especially when cat!Indis has kittens, and his father spoils them. Feanor’s family think he’s ridiculous to be jealous of cats. When Huan joins the family, Feanor thinks he finally has an ally, but Huan betrays him and befriends the kittens as well XD

A collage of four images. In clockwise order they are: A text box reading "The Great Purr-trayal" in black letters on brown background. A photo of a grey shaggy dog. A photo of a red-haired woman holding a cat. A photo of a blonde fluffy cat.

Blacksmith

No S&D is complete with at least one Rog art from me. This year my prompt was music inspired, by the song Blacksmith from Chase Noseworthy.

A collage with a red background. The top left and bottom right quadrants are lyrics from the song Blacksmith by Chase Noseworthy. The top right quadrant contains two crossed swords. The bottom left quadrant contains a photograph of an open flame.

In Bloom

I found some lovely flowers on my walks in May and June and decided to put them all together for a spring-themed art. I didn't have any specific characters in mind for this one, just the spring time vibes.

Five photographs of flowers are arranged on a green slide background. From left to right: A cluster of pink flowers, a cluster of purple flowers (presumably crocuses), a singular many-petaled white flower (presumambly a daisy), a singular six-petaled orange flower (maybe a type of lily) and a singular five-petaled purple flower.
