Thank you! I was wondering if this didn't end up being too overwrought and overcomplicated by merging so many things, but my recipient liked it, and seeing that you enjoyed it too is making me feel a little better about it.

I haven't written about them in these circumstances before, no, though I have it fairly clear in my head, and there are bits of a prologue and deleted scenes of this fic. I may polish those up and revisit them eventually. It's an interesting time for both Anairë and Eärwen, I think, and definitely something I'd like to explore in more depth.
