New Challenge: Title Track
Tolkien's titles range from epic to lyrical to metaphorical. This month's challenge selected 125 of them as prompts for fanworks.

Drabbles and short stories about the House of Bëor and their elves. Mostly light-hearted addendums to Hold Fast Ere Night Comes and other stories set in Dorthonion before the Dagor Bragollach.

"Nóm has many questions, but he never asks about the wreath Andreth wears in her hair."
A story of the Edain and their first interaction with the elves, of courage and defiance and most of all the Gift of Men.

Finrod, Reborn, goes to visit Amarie, but isn't expecting the reaction he receives.

A poem for Andreth in Ladros, in the long years of the Siege of Angband.

This is just a little oneshot that I posted on FFn last Christmas. It follows Omega directly.

For everything there is a season. Multi-age. Multiple characters.

In Beleriand, the newly assigned territory of Angrod and Aegnor borders on the territory of the cousins who betrayed them.
From the time of settlement to their death in battle, what were the relations between Angrod and Aegnor and their cousin Maedhros, son of Feanor?
Now added: "First Meeting" (Aegnor/Andreth). A related ficlet.

Very short pieces set in Beleriand or Valinor, some of which are slightly experimental.
Now added: Shadowy Cloak (Beren and Luthien, after the fall of Tol-in-Gaurhoth)

Your brother would have me believe it was your noble spirit that made you turn away from me. Yet I would not be so easily convinced, talk of the One be damned.
Andreth speaks her mind. About Finrod, about words. About Aegnor, about fear.
Song against ink, voice against fire.

Andreth's last night

This series will include small thinglets that do not fit in my other series.
New: Speak Faster. Nerdanel meets Ælfwine on Tol Eressëa. A double drabble.

A gathering place for ficlets of varying length written in response to prompts, prods and as gift ficlets.
New (added February 15/16, 2025): Instadrabbling fics from various SWG server sessions in early 2025 (marked in the respective chapter notes) as well as a few spontaneous drabbles.
