Bonus drabble: A Daring Leap

A missing scene: Tar-Vanimelde considers her co-conspirators, before the evening of the performance.

Written for the Middle Earth Olympics Challenge (Table Tennis: insta-drabbling).

The four prompt words were: artistic - rings - balance - tumble.

Tar-Vanimelde observes the dancers.

She has chosen the best for her plan, she thinks. Young Lominzil is an upcoming star. She could dance rings around Vanimelde, even if Vanimelde were still young. Abrazan is branching out as a choreographer with true artistic flair. Zadnazir is the steadiest support. He will catch any partner who loses their balance, will never let another dancer tumble, no matter how daring their leap.

They have enthusiastically consented to her plot, but is it irresponsible of her to involve them? If her own choreography is flawed, they will fall with her, crashing to the ground.
